360 DEGREE EVALUATION
What is 360 degree evaluation?
With 360-degree evaluation, the faculty member is at the center of the circle, and feedback on the faculty member’s performance may come from program staff and faculty assistants, deans and program directors, co-faculty and research peers, students, as well as the faculty’s self-assessment. This type of evaluation provides a more well-rounded, comprehensive assessment of the faculty’s strengths and potential areas for professional development.
